By creating an account with Mostbet, you are entering into a formal legal contract. These rules are designed to maintain a transparent, secure, and fair betting environment for all Nepali players. Continuing to use our platform confirms your agreement to these terms.

1. Player Eligibility & Account Security

Accessing Mostbet is a privilege reserved for verified users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity.

  • Age Requirement: You must be of legal gambling age. We use advanced verification tools to confirm your identity. Accounts will be suspended until a clear photo of your Citizenship Certificate, Passport, or Driver’s License is provided.
  • One-Person, One-Account: To ensure fairness, we enforce a strict “Single Entity” rule. Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, or mobile device.
  • Fair Play (No VPNs/Bots): The use of VPNs to hide your location or AI “bots” to automate betting is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule results in an immediate permanent ban and loss of all wallet funds.

2. Bonus Rules & Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are for recreational enjoyment. To convert bonus credit into withdrawable cash, you must follow these “rollover” rules:

4. Betting Rules & Fair Settlement

  • Cancelled Events: If a match is abandoned or ends in a “No Result,” your stake is returned at odds of 1.00 (a refund). However, if a specific market is already finished (e.g., “First Goal Scorer”), that bet remains valid.
  • Obvious Errors: If a “Palpable Error” occurs (such as a typo in the odds or a favorite being listed as an underdog by mistake), Mostbet reserves the right to void those bets, even after the match is over.
